Privacy Policy
- We collect your email when you start an order, and the details you give us to run your test.
- We do not see your card number. Stripe handles payment.
- We do not sell your information. Our site sets no tracking or advertising cookies.
- You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time.
1. Who We Are
SynthTest is operated by Reinventing.AI ("we", "us"). This policy covers synthtest.io and the testing service we deliver. Contact: support@reinventing.ai.
2. What We Collect
- When you start an order. Your email address, the package you selected, and where you came from: the page you landed on, the referring site and any campaign tags in the link. We capture this before you reach checkout so we can follow up if you do not finish.
- At checkout. Stripe collects your payment details and passes us your name, email, billing details, the amount paid and your answers to our checkout questions, such as your site address and who buys from you. We never receive your full card number.
- To run your test. Your site or app address, descriptions of your business and customers, and, if your product needs a sign-in, throwaway test accounts you choose to provide.
- Our correspondence. Emails you send us and our replies.
- Basic technical data. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested.
3. How We Use It
- To take your order, build your personas, run your test and deliver your report.
- To support you, including refunds.
- To follow up about your order, an unfinished checkout and related offers. Every follow-up email can be unsubscribed from, or you can write to us to be removed.
- To keep records we need for accounting and legal reasons, and to keep the service secure.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Who Handles Your Data
We use these providers to run the service, and each handles data only for that purpose:
- Stripe processes payments. See the Stripe privacy policy.
- Vercel hosts synthtest.io.
- Make.com and Google (Sheets and Gmail) record orders and early checkout details and send our email.
- AI model providers process the details you give us, such as your site address, your description of your business and customers, and your public pages, to create personas, findings, fix prompts and, for larger packages, your AI search assets.
- GitHub holds the private repository for your web report when you are given a link rather than a zip.
- Google Fonts and unpkg serve the page's font and icons, which means your browser contacts them when the page loads.
These providers may process data in the United States and other countries. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
5. Cookies And Browser Storage
SynthTest uses Vercel Web Analytics for cookie-free traffic measurement. With your permission, Meta Pixel uses advertising cookies to measure page views, service views and checkout starts. Meta receives these event details and browser information; we do not send your email, test credentials or customer details through this Pixel. You can reject advertising cookies or change your choice using Advertising cookie settings in the footer. A checkout start is not a completed sale. The page uses your browser's session storage for one small purpose: remembering that you closed a pop-up so it does not appear again during your visit. Stripe may set its own cookies on its checkout pages, under its own policy.
6. How Long We Keep Data
We keep order records for as long as we need them to support you and to meet accounting and legal obligations. We keep email addresses collected before checkout until you ask us to remove them. Throwaway test accounts are used only to run your test. Ask us and we will delete your report materials and the details you gave us, apart from records we are required to keep.
7. Your Choices
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop emailing you. Write to support@reinventing.ai from the address in question and we will respond. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law, and we will honor them.
8. Security
We use reputable providers, keep access to your report restricted to you, and ask you to use throwaway test accounts so no real credentials are shared. No system is perfectly secure, so please never send us anything you cannot afford to lose.
9. Children
SynthTest is for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
10. Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do. Material changes will be noted on this page.
