Terms Of Service

1. About These Terms

SynthTest is a synthetic user testing service operated by Reinventing.AI ("we", "us"). These terms apply when you visit synthtest.io or order a test. By placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not order.

2. The Service

You choose a package of 5, 10, 15 or 20 personas. We research your business and ideal customers, build AI personas around them, and run each persona through your website or app. You receive a PDF report with heat maps, a private web version of the report, a zip of the full report repository, and fix prompts for your top 10 findings. Packages of 15 and 20 personas also include an AI Search Visibility Pack of 75 and 150 written assets. Package contents and prices are shown on the pricing section of synthtest.io at the time you order.

3. What You Provide

After checkout we need your site or app address, a few lines on who buys from you, and the one thing a visitor should do. You agree that:

• You own the site or app you submit, or you are authorized to have it tested, and you authorize us to visit and interact with it for the test.
• What you send us is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• If your product sits behind a sign-in, you will provide throwaway test accounts only. Never send your own login, a real customer's account or real customer data.

Tests are run by a browser that clicks, scrolls and reads pages the way a visitor would. Tell us in advance about any action it should never take, such as a destructive button or a live checkout.

4. Payment And Delivery

Prices are in US dollars and are paid once at checkout through Stripe. We do not see or store your card number. Delivery is within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the details in section 3. If your product needs a sign-in and no test accounts arrive within 24 hours, we deliver a report based on your public pages and say so in the delivery email.

Delivery is by email. The web version of your report is in a private repository that only you can open, and the zip contains the same material.

If you take the upgrade offer shown before checkout, the added personas are priced as stated on that screen, and the combined order is delivered in one report.

5. Refund Policy

If the report is not useful to you, email support@reinventing.ai within 7 days of delivery and we will refund you in full. We would rather hear what was missing than keep money for a report that did not help. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

If we cannot deliver your report for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund at any time.

6. What The Results Are, And Are Not

The personas are synthetic. They are AI, not people, and they behave the way a buyer of that type would on your site. The report finds friction: unclear copy, dead ends, missing information and broken flows. It ranks what to fix first, and a finding that several personas share is a stronger lead than one from a single persona.

The report does not replace watching or interviewing real customers, and it is not proof that people will buy. We do not guarantee any change in conversions, traffic, revenue or search results from acting on it.

Fix prompts and the AI Search Visibility Pack are drafts. Review every prompt and every asset before you use it. Anything in [square brackets] in the pack is a gap only you can fill, and you are responsible for checking the facts in anything you publish. A prompt can make an AI tool change your site in ways you did not intend, so check each change before you publish it. We do not guarantee that any asset will be cited or ranked by any AI assistant or search engine.

7. Your Report And Our Rights

The report and its contents are yours to use for your own business. You can share them with your team, designer or developer. We keep our methods, software and tooling. We will not publish your report, your site's findings or your business name without your permission.

8. Acceptable Use

Do not order a test of a site or app you do not own and are not authorized to test, and do not ask us to test anything unlawful. We may decline an order or stop a test that appears to break these rules, and we will refund an order we decline.

10. Disclaimers

The service and the report are provided as is. We work to make them accurate and useful, but we do not promise they will be free of errors or find every issue. Screenshots and quotes in the report come from the test run and may not reflect later changes to your site.

11. Limits On Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profit or revenue, arising from the service or the report. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits a right or liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you order applies to that order. The date at the top shows when this page last changed.
